Delaware Assessment of Strengths and Needs for Positive Behavior Supports (DASNPBS)
The DASNPBS a tool designed to help schools assess their strengths and needs in the four major components of schoolwide discipline: Implementing Schoolwide and Classroom Systems, Developing Self-Discipline, Correcting Behavior Problems, and Providing Targeted and Intensive Behavioral Supports.

Discipline Data Reporting Tool (DDRT)
The DDRT is designed to help schools analyze their office discipline referral rates per month for the current school year. The referral data is also compared to the previous years as well as the national and state averages for referral rates.

Cost Benefit Analysis Worksheet | This tab within the DDRT template allows teams to determine the amount of time regained or lost (for students and administrators) for referrals between the current and the previous year. The directions for using the cost-benefit tab are included in the document | Teams can use this sheet to action plan based on the time regained or lost due to referrals. For example, if time was regained after implementing a certain initiative this year, it would indicate that this initiative was effective and should be continued. |

DE-PBS Key Feature Evaluation
The Key Feature Evaluation (KFE) is a tool used to provide feedback to schools based on their school-wide PBS program and implementation. Four specific sections are evaluated: School-wide PBS Tier 1, Prevention: Implementing School-wide & Classroom Systems, Correcting Problem Behavior, and Developing Self-Discipline.
