Delaware’s MTSS professional learning initiative provides leadership and support for Local Education Agencies (LEAs) in implementing and sustaining an integrated multi-tiered system of support that addresses the needs of the whole child, in accordance with Delaware MTSS Regulation 508.  The professional learning offered by DE-MTSS is intended to guide LEA teams and educators in implementing effective practices and establishing the infrastructure needed to improve student outcomes.
